YWCA Cove Lane Upgrades

S+A was commissioned to update two existing 6-unit supportive housing facilities to include modern elements of accessibility, durability, and safety. The project included new windows, unit doors, security cameras, site lighting, two fully accessible apartments, and wall protection. The site was re-graded with scaled landscaping to assist with maintenance, visibility, and safety.
