Otter Tail County Operations Center

The Otter Tail County Operation Center functions as both the Emergency Operations Center and a centrally located command post for the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Department. The design provides a complimentary mix of modern building systems and finishes along with concrete and masonry walls to provide the strength needed for the EOC, while also being environmentally sensitive. For both the dispatch and disaster recovery components of the building, included in the project program were office spaces, vehicle storage for SWAT and rescue equipment, a data center, forensics labs, holding cells, and interview rooms.
