North Dakota State University Barry Hall Remodel

NDSU recognized an opportunity to develop an event venue in NDSU’s Barry Hall College of Business, by remodeling an underutilized office space on the second level. The venue has a flexible meeting and dining space, supported with a catering kitchen, additional toilet rooms, and a pre-function space. An addition provided space for the supporting functions, and most importantly, a separate access keeping event service independent from the public spaces. This revitalized space offers NDSU the opportunity to bring more campus events to the Downtown Campus.
