Over the past 25 years, S+A has completed several technical and design projects, ranging between flood mitigation and office expansion. One significant project is the award-winning Customer Service Addition that provided a space for interaction with clients and the community outside of the secure perimeter of the building. The addition focused on creating an entry that was warm and welcoming to guests, contrasting natural materials against the existing stainless-steel panels. The office was also expanded, including a new executive suite.
