Bostad Apartments

S+A’s passion for historic renovation efforts in the downtown Fargo area was utilized in The Bostad apartments. This project combined the second and third stories of two early 1900’s buildings, where the interior spaces were completely stripped and remodeled into modern Scandinavian-inspired luxury apartments. The 22-unit complex along Fargo’s iconic Broadway Corridor utilizes a charming mix of simple finishes, with exposed brick and timber that accentuate the ties between modern living and history.
