In this full renovation and significant expansion, S+A developed a cutting-edge initiative to provide spaces that enhance collaboration across functional areas. There are no enclosed offices; all staff, including executive leadership, have a choice of work space daily. The result is documented increases in communications, collaboration, and employee satisfaction. Due to its success, this building model has become the basis of design for Bobcat offices across North America.
