123 Broadway

In conjunction with Kilbourne Group, S+A revitalized the historic 123 Broadway building with three new storefronts and two interior fit-ups. Wasabi/Poke Bowl and Silver Lining Creamery are now prominent destinations that bring new amenities to Broadway Square. The interior fit-up work continued with a suite on the second floor for Senator Hoeven’s Fargo office and increased accessibility for the first-floor tenants.
