Following significant flood damage which included water within the access floor of the computer operations room, Shultz & Associates developed plans for an addition to house a new data and production center. Improvements included a floor elevation gain of five feet, redundancy of all major systems including the electrical, service, telecommunications and heating/cooling systems. Stainless steel sheathing and ribbon windows encase the entire structure and match the existing building. The project was delivered on a fast-track basis, with the building occupied eight months after the start of design.
