NDSU Bathroom Renovations

Shultz + Associates provided design, bidding and construction administration services for the Bathroom Renovations at Dinan Hall, Reed Hall, Johnson Hall and South Weible Hall – a total of eight construction projects. The projects consist of major interior bathroom renovations involving full plumbing fixture and piping replacement, critical improvements to the existing floor structure, complete demolition and replacement of finishes and provisions to accommodate handicap accessible spaces. These projects were phase over two years, with each phase occurring over the summer while the students were on break This schedule required project completion under tight construction deadlines, with commencement and completion occurring over a three month window for each phase.
